Shipping:
We offer a flat fee ground shipping charge of $8.95 to any place in the continental United States. All orders over $75.00 shipped to the same address will be given free shipping. Orders are shipped USPS priority mail or UPS ground. We do not ship international.
Tax:
We are required by Colorado state tax law to charge 8.60% sales tax on all orders shipped to addresses in Colorado. No tax will be charged on orders shipped to addresses in other states.
Return policy:
Windchimedirect.com offers a 7 day satisfaction guarantee. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase return it in the origional packaging, in new, unused, undamaged, resalable condition, within 7 days of delivery for a refund. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Please contact customerservice@windchimedirect.com to obtain return authorization. No COD's please. Items returned as outlined in this policy will be eligible for refund of purchase price less any origional shipping charges and a 10% restocking fee.
Credit card companies may take up to two billing cycles to post the credit on your statement.
